Eating oats is a great way to suppress your appetite until lunch.  Eating oatmeal topped with almond milk and some cut apples or grapefruit can suppress your appetite very good. By the way, having half a grapefruit with every meal can help people lose weight faster.

But do not exclude fats and oil from your meal. Eating healthy fats like olive oil and avocados is very good for your body and can make you feel full for a long time.

People who eat nuts, especially almonds, on a daily basis feel less hungry than those who don't. They contain a filling combination of protein, fiber, and unsaturated fat.

When you feel a
hunger for sweets and fruit, eat a few pieces of dark chocolate. The intensity of dark chocolate's flavor naturally tells our bodies when enough is enough, that’s why you won’t eat too much. But make sure that chocolate contains not less than 70% cacao.
